Day on the National Plan of official control of the food chain

Next April 27, 2011 in the Salon de Actos Ernest Lluch, Ministry of Health, Social Affairs and Equal is hosting the J adorned on the National Plan of official control of the food chain 2011-2015.
This Plan is the second National Plan English, and has been achieved through the efforts of all stakeholders, both public (the various government) and private (food business operators).
This plan has been strengthened with respect to the first plan developed, mainly due to the experience, which has resulted in a significant improvement of its content in connection with the description of the implementation of official controls by the authorities competent.
The objective of this day is to show how planning is done for official national and regional level in all phases of the chain, being into account the three key pieces of the same:
  • planning itself, through the National Plan;
  • evaluation of its implementation, by its results ANNUALREPORT;
  • assessment of their effectiveness, through audit of official control.
This conference is intended to responsible for the control of the General State Administration, Autonomous Regions, local authorities, food companies and consumers.
