Inclusion in Annex I (list of active substances for inclusion in biocidal) of Royal Decree 1054/2002, 11 October by regulating the process evaluationcriterions for registration, licensing and marketing of biocides.
in Annex I of the Royal Decree will have to include previously active substances which will form part of a biocide to enter it in the Official Register of biocides and, where appropriate, to obtain mutual recognition registration the other States of the European Union.
Type 18: Insecticide, acaricide product to control other arthropods.
