Tuesday May 10, 2011. No. 149 The small rally by representatives of the Popular Party in the district center Madrid, accompanied by volunteers of the party, held on the morning of Tuesday 10 May in the Plaza de Lavapies found the spontaneous rejection of more than a hundred neighbors of the neighborhood, who have not stopped chanting slogans against the PP during the two hours that lasted the act.
At 12.15 noon the Popular Party was ready a small stage in the plaza of Lavapies, historic district of downtown Madrid with significant migrant population and youth which are based various social groups left.
Shortly after beginning discussions of their spokesmen, to which several bystanders have responded with chants against the policy pursued by that party in the City and Madrid. Compared to only 15 supporters who had gathered the act, have come to focus around a hundred people of different ages and nationalities, who have chanted slogans such as "Special, special, special, speculation," "Out of Lavapiés peper" or " PSOE, PP, the same shit is ", making it virtually impossible to listen to the representatives 'popular'.
Here, however, have not wavered in their commitment and have met the stipulated time surrounded by the municipal police, comparing the popular protest "the environment of the Basque Country" and inviting the neighbors to go live to "Cuba and North Korea" to see that "there is no freedom of expression."
As representatives of the PP have said told Europa Press, the concentrates were "squatters" who have been "threatened."
